Orders

How can I place an order?

Browse any category, choose your product, select the right size and quantity, then click "Add to Cart." Proceed to checkout and follow the guided steps until you receive the confirmation on-screen and via email.

What if I selected the wrong size or color?

Message us within 24 hours of placing the order so we can amend it before fulfillment. If the parcel already shipped, you can still request an exchange or return by following our 7-day policy.

Which sizes do you offer?

Most items range from S through 12XL (up to a 70-inch chest). Check the size guide on the product page for a breakdown by measurement.

How do I pick the right size?

Measure your chest, waist, and length, then compare against the size chart that appears on every product detail page. If you still need help, DM us on Facebook or call 01830676953 for tailored advice.

Do you handle custom or bulk orders?

Yes. For event uniforms or wholesale requests, reach out via Facebook Messenger or email sales@shirtology.world with your quantities, deadline, and preferred fabrics so we can quote you quickly.

Shipping & Returns

What are the shipping timelines and charges?
  • Inside Dhaka: Next-day delivery, 70 BDT.
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–3 days via Pathao/Redx (130 BDT) or SA Paribahan/Sundarban (150 BDT). Advance payment is required for outstation orders.
How do I track my package?

Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with the tracking link and number. You can also check from your Shirtology account dashboard. Need help? Ping us on Facebook or call the hotline for a live status.

What's your return and exchange window?

Eligible products can be returned or swapped within 7 days of delivery as long as they remain unworn, unwashed, and tagged.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Send us a message on Facebook with your order number, photos of the item, and the size/color you'd like instead. After approval, our delivery partner will collect and process the request within 4–5 working days.

What are the exchange criteria and fees?
  • Customers cover the courier cost (100 BDT inside Dhaka, 150 BDT outside).
  • Pack the item securely with poly, board, and all original accessories.
  • Share a photo of the packed parcel on Facebook so we can dispatch the replacement.
Can I try the item with the delivery agent present?

Yes. If the fit is off, return it immediately to the rider after paying the delivery charge. Ensure all accessories are intact and the item is repacked properly before handing it back.

Do outside-Dhaka orders require an advance?

Yes, a 200 BDT advance via Bkash or Nagad to 01738234110 secures the order. We deduct this from your final invoice (product price + delivery fee).

Payments, Discounts & Support

Which payment methods do you accept?

We support Cash on Delivery across Bangladesh, plus Bkash and direct bank transfers. Full instructions appear at checkout.

Are there any active promotions?
