Terms of Service — Shirtology

Welcome to Shirtology. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Shirtology website (shirtologybd.com), our mobile application, and any services, features, or content offered by us (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About Us

Shirtology is a clothing retailer operating online and from the following address:

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Accounts

You may create a customer account to access faster checkout, order history, rewards, and other features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at shirtologybd@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Products and Orders

• Listings: We aim to display product details, sizes, colours, and prices accurately, but small variations may occur due to manufacturing or screen settings.
• Order acceptance: Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, modify, or decline any order at our discretion (e.g. stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing error). We will notify you and refund any payment if an order is declined.
• Stock availability: Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, and Bank Transfer. Additional methods may be added or removed without notice.
• You authorise us to charge the selected payment method for the full amount, including any delivery charges, at checkout.
• Pricing errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even after order confirmation, and will refund any amount already paid.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners (Pathao, Steadfast, Sundarban, and others). Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed and may vary based on courier capacity, holidays, or weather. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the courier or to you, whichever is earlier. Delivery charges, when applicable, are shown at checkout.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

You may request a return or exchange within 7 (seven) days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the order receipt. The following conditions apply:

• Sale items, customised products, and innerwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they are defective.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method or bKash within 7–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including the Shirtology name, logo, product photographs, designs, copy, and software — is owned by or licensed to Shirtology and is protected by Bangladeshi and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except to the limited extent necessary to view content for personal, non-commercial use.

9. User Conduct

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Use the Services for fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unlawful purposes;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, systems, or networks connected to the Services;
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code;
• Resell, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Services without our written consent.

10. Promotions, Rewards, and Discounts

Promotional codes, vouchers, and the Shirtology rewards programme are subject to additional terms posted at the time of the promotion. We may change, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Reward points and store credit have no cash value and are non-transferable.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to that processing.

12. Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (e.g. courier tracking, payment processors, social-login providers such as Google, Facebook, and Apple). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shirtology, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shirtology from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services or your account at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to protect Shirtology, our customers, or third parties.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated via the website or, where applicable, by email. Continued use of the Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
